フィカのあたたかな舌が深冬の中に侵入してくる。それを排除しようと動く深冬の舌も、とろとろと舌を絡ませ合う事にしかならない。いつしか水音は、どちらの口から漏れているのか分からなくなった。深冬は、ずれた眼鏡からの視界で、目の前のフィカをみる。上気した頬。伏せられた瞳の、銀色のまつ毛が揺れている。
その表情がひどく真剣で、どきりとした。
深冬はなんとか片腕を伸ばし、彼女の背中にそっと触れる。フィカの体がピクリと震えた。その隙に唇を離す。銀色の糸がつうと光って消えていくのを二人は目にし、なんとなく気まずげにお互い瞳をそらした。
再び目線を合わせたのは深冬の方だった。
「フィーちゃん、何かあったの？」
