install.txtがないひどすぎるミス修正

かたつむ流をインストールしようとしたら、install.txtがなくてインストールできなかったという報告を頂いたのですが、調べたところ他のゴーストアーカイブも同様だったことが判明しました。ひどすぎる。うーん、いつからこうだったのでしょうか……。

とりあえずほぼ全てのゴーストのアーカイブを更新しました。
